Financial Policy

Patients are responsible for providing accurate insurance information and paying any copayments, deductibles, or balances not covered by insurance. For those without insurance, we offer affordable self-pay options. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made with our office.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask patients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee, and repeated no-shows could limit future scheduling flexibility.

Visitor Policy

Patients may be accompanied by one family member or caregiver during their visit if needed. For pediatric visits, a parent or legal guardian must be present. To ensure patient privacy and safety, the number of visitors may be limited during certain procedures or based on clinic capacity.
