SIMA KALIKA

KAMOLA SHAKIROVA

We are proud to welcome Kamola Shakirova, NP to our Internal Medicine team as a newly graduated Nurse Practitioner.
Kamola recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Long Island University and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. With a strong foundation in clinical care and a deep commitment to patient wellness, she is excited to begin her professional journey serving our community.
Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, preventive care, pharmacology competence, familiarity with holistic and preventive medicine, multicultural knowledge and experience, and she is passionate about building trusting relationships with her patients through compassionate, evidence-based care.

HELEN CHERNOVETS-VERGILIS
NP – Dermatology
Helen Chernovets-Vergilis is an attentive and engaged general nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner caring for communities of Brooklyn and New York, NY. Ms. Chernovets-Vergilis attended Saint Joseph’s College, Standish, where she received her master’s degree in family nursing.
Ms. Chernovets-Vergilis practices at Dermatology & Skin Surgery. She sees patients for a variety of reasons including acne, psoriasis, eczema, and dermatology consultations.

DINA ISRAELOV

Dina Israelov is a highly focused and knowledgeable midwife serving the communities of Brooklyn and New York, NY. She obtained her master’s in midwifery from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brooklyn College. MOUSTAFA O ELSHESHTAWY
MD – Cardiology
Moustafa Elsheshtawy, MD, is a board-certified physician in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases at New York Medical Vascular Care, serving patients of Astoria, Queens, SoHo, Sheepshead Bay, Midwood, and Marine Park/Flatlands of Brooklyn. He is also board certified in echocardiography, cardiac computed tomography imaging, and nuclear cardiology. After finishing his internal medicine residency, Dr. Elsheshtawy has completed his general cardiology training at Maimonides Medical Center and his advanced cardiovascular intervention fellowship at Mount Sinai Morningside and Beth Israel Medical Centers. During his training, Dr. Elsheshtawy was elected the chair of the New York State Resident and Fellow Section at the Medical State Society of New York. He was also appointed as a Downstate Cardiology Fellow Liaison at the American College of Cardiology New York State Council.
Dr. Elsheshtawy is affiliated with Mount Sinai Health System, Lenox Hill Hospital, and Maimonides Medical Center. He performs and interprets physiologic and non-invasive studies and performs high-end complex invasive cardiology and endovascular procedures as part of his daily practice.

Yevgeniy (Eugene) Mikityanskiy, DO is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. His career began at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY, where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Mikityanskiy moved on to NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY to complete his residency in internal medicine. During his residency, he was appointed to numerous academic positions, including assistant chief resident, simulation center paracentesis training instructor, and medical student facilitator. Upon graduation, Dr. Mikityanskiy was awarded the prestigious John F. Aloia, MD award for academic excellence. He then spent one year as a teaching hospitalist at NYU Winthrop Hospital and another year as a teaching hospitalist at NYC H+H Coney Island in Brooklyn, NY.
